What I eat
I don’t prohibit myself to eat “this” or “that” but I always try to eat what will be good for my body and on the proportions it needs.
I dont drink soda and I’m vegetarian (becoming vegan).
I AVOID eating refined sugar, lactose, alcohol, frozen ready meals, junk food or any kind of high fat foods. It doesnt mean that I never eat them, I just AVOID.
Oh, and I drink at least 2 liters of water/day. (this is very important, always keep your body hydrated!)
I eat in a 3h/3h period so I keep my metabolism working.
